With Savvi, employees can learn new skills. Personality tests and interactive exercises provide personalized learning impulses.
Savvi is a SaaS startup from Stuttgart and Berlin and was founded in 2021. Savvi combines live trainings with weekly, app-based micro trainings and makes learning progress highly visible. The training content, based on psychology and science, can be supplemented as needed with your own training content, making Savvi adaptable to any company's learning & development strategy and the perfect benefit for employees.
I was assigned by Savvi as a freelancer to build up the UX/UI area in the startup as a Design Lead. Besides UX mentoring and design reviews for the design team, I was responsible for building a design system and helped with the developer handoff.
1 Design Lead, 2 Junior Designer, 1 Product Owner and a team of developers.
Build design system and UI component library to establish consistent design language and efficient designing in the company.
Redesign of existing smartphone app for employees and concept of admin interface for enterprise.
Figma, Jira, Teams (Remote)
As a modern digital benefit, Savvi places strong emphasis on the user experience for employees. Based on an already existing prototype, the concept and design should be revised first. Further, I was assigned to develop a design system to bring a consistent UI and more efficient design process for new features.
The design team consisted of two junior designers, while one designer was responsible for the employee app and one designer for the admin app. My task was also to review the designs and adjust them if necessary.
